The minimum check-in age is 21. Check-In time is anytime after 4 pm. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed). Check-Out time is 11 am. Late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed.
This property considers guests aged 16 and under, at the time of travel, to be children. Children under 16 will stay free in the same room as their parents, however, charges for additional bedding may apply. Must advise Front Desk at check-in exact number of Adults & children.

Pets are also welcome at the Best Western Plus Plattsburgh. We have pet-friendly accommodations reserved for pets across every room type, from Standard guest rooms to Queen Suites with jacuzzi tubs, excluding our pool rooms. For the comfort and safety of all our guests and your beloved pet, we kindly request all owners to review the following pet policies before booking.
Pets are allowed based on the availability of pet friendly rooms. Up to two dogs per room with an 80-pound weight limit. Additional pet types (cats, birds, etc) may be accepted at the hotel’s discretion. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Pets must be on a leash when outside the room. Pets are not allowed in the common areas unless they are service animals. The pet rate is $10.00 per day with a $300 per stay maximum.
PAYMENT POLICIES DEPOSIT INFORMATION
You may pay by credit card, cash, or traveler’s cheques upon departure.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card on the day of arrival. If we cannot secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Executive Suite Deposit Information
For guests booking to stay in our Executive Suites (handicapped, small and or large suites), there will be a $250 hold placed on the credit card provided (or can pay by cash) at check-in. This hold will be released upon check-out as long as there is no damage to the room. Depending on your financial institution this may take 5-7 business days to release back to you.
Cancellations must be made by 4 pm 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
